The Self Love Circle is a 6 week program.
We gather online every Tuesday evening to cultivate self love and share our process with each other.
This circle is for women who wants to connect to their inner being,
who long for deeper connection, who wants to learn tools to calm and trust more in their inner resources.
Self Love Circle is a space to come and open your heart and claim your growth for yourselves.
The focus of the circle is
• To come home to our bodies, to our wombs and our hearts.
• To hold a loving, healing space for each other.
• To strengthen our personal development.
• Set loving intentions for ourselves and share our challenges with each other. ​

Which challenges we face?
What cause us stress?
What keeps us from changing/moving/transforming?
We will ask the question: What would Love do?

The Self Love circle is designed to offer you wonderful women the possibility to share and gain support in a transformative healing process, where the focus is on where we stand in life, feeling into what keeps us from living the life we want, which limiting beliefs controls us, and how do we let go and release them...? So we can find our purpose and uncover; what does living our highest version of ourselves look like...?

The program will consist of group sharing, meditation, breathwork, energy healing, Chakra healing, sound, vibration, EFT - tapping, qi gong exercises, intention setting, Reiki clearing and visualization exercises. You will be guided and supported through each step on the way.
You are also welcome to write if you have any questions about the program.

I am a happy healer who has a passion for bringing people out of stress and tension, into balance. Bringing harmony to the body & mind so you can arrive "home" in yourself. I am honored to teach and hold space for women, and share effective energy - and mindfullness tools for life.
